The Gold Coast SUNS have finalised their guernsey numbers for 2017 with this year’s draft crop allocated the digits that will adorn the back of their red and gold jumpers.
No. 4 draft pick Ben Ainsworth will take the number 27 guernsey with SUNS Academy product Jack Bowes to sit two spots down in the locker room.
Bowes will wear the number 29, which was vacated by Brayden Fiorini, who switched to the number 8 in the off-season.
Jack Scrimshaw will wear number 37, Brad Scheer number 40 and Will Brodie number 41. Rookie Max Spencer will wear 43.
